This week's weight...306.4. That's right...only two-fifths of a pound since last week, which means I need to ramp up my cross-training.

  1. Don't be discouraged by this... you will have weeks when you see tons of progress and then you will have some like this. Regardless of what the scale shows, know that you're making progress! Keep on keepin' on! :)
